Robert Smoczyński

Legal and tax counsellor with more than 10 years of experience of working with "Big Four" companies. Before the foundation of TLA he used to be Senior Manager at Deloitte in Wrocław.

Robert gained professional experience in realisation of numerous projects for both national and foreign companies, pertaining to such matters as:

VAT, customs regulations connected with Poland entering the EU, and later with adjustment of Polish tax regulations to EU requirements,
tax inspections, due diligence services connected with tax and customs settlements of companies,
assisting Clients in tax proceedings, negotiations with tax authorities, representing tax payers before Voivodeship Administrative Court and Supreme Administrative Court,
preparing fiscally effective settlements of international and national transactions.

In TLA Robert is responsible for legal and tax consulting, concerning VAT and customs duty in particular.
