It's always better to prevent litigation than to engage in it.

However, in case of any litigation we aim at achieving positive solution for our Clients as soon as possible. In order to do that, we prepare a strategy, working in close cooperation with our Clients.

We can give advice as well as participate in court proceedings of every instance and at every stage of development. Court representation does not exclude Client's personal participation, to which the Client is always encouraged by us, as we think that common action resulting in merging our knowledge and experience with Client's evidence and arguments is the best way to achieve success. Therefore cooperation is the foundation of our work.
