Mediation

We know that settlement is always better than even the best verdict.

It is so, because the involved parties have total control over whether and on which conditions they would come to agreement. We encourage our Clients to mediation, which is a very attractive alternative for litigation, whether concerning civil, economical or tax issues. Mediation allows to end any disagreement faster, cheaper and with more control over the process.

We represent our Clients in negotiations and arbitration. We think that before you decide on litigation, you should use every other means of resolving the disagreement, such as: mediation, settlement, arbitrational proceedings.
