We assist you during every stage of debt recovery process, such as pre-court proceeding, negotiations and settlements, litigation, pre-enforcement and enforcement proceedings.

Enforcement proceedings consist in applying state-controlled means of debt collection. We act as quickly and effectively as possible. We are aware that very often obtaining the legal title and filing a correct request for initiating the enforcement proceedings is the necessary condition for the procedure to be effective. Our motto is to recover creditor's money in as big a part as possible part in the shortest possible time.

We are aware that the success of the enforcement proceedings doesn't depend only on the Court Enforcement Officer, but also on the creditor's actions, whom we support and represent.
